how to swim without building up your muscle?

I begin to swim recently, and I have been skimming questines regarding to swim in Yahoo,. It seems that every one know that swim build up muscles. I didn’t know it before I decided to take up swimming class. Now I can feel that my muscle around my arm and especially my back has been build up. they are really tense and tight.
Does anyone know how to learn swimming without building up your muscle. I really like swimming. but if it keep making me look strong, I will have to give it up, which I really don’t want. Thank you.

How can I build muscle for horseback riding without a horse?

I love horseback riding and I would like to build the muscles required to become a better rider, but I don’t have my own horse. I ride about once a week, but because it is so expensive I can’t ride more then that. I also play volleyball, which help wiht some muscles, but they’re not quite the same ones. I’ve also checked into Exercise Machines that are supposed to be horse simulators, but they are extremely expensive (Around $2,000). Any ideas as to what I can do?

I need to know how to lose weight without building muscle under the fat. I know that cardio is good…but what are some good cardio excercises? im 13 and i dont want anyone to know im trying to lose weight because its embarrassing for me…it just is. so i cant go out and buy special stuff cuz my dad s gonna want an explanation. anyways….my diet….i dont care if its healthy. i need to lose weight in lik e a week…so i know i might gain the weight back by not eating healthy…but i dont care i just need this for an occasion. i reall wanna lose weight on my stomach and my thighs. how do i do this without building muscle under my stomach?
