What level of fitness is required before you start taking Tai Kwan Do?
I’m just begining to get in shape, and I’ve got a long way to go. How in shape do you have to be to be able to keep up in a beginner’s Tai Kwan Do class? What fitness “landmarks” should I be able to reach to be successful?

I am trying to build muscle for football i play Guard, I weigh 270 LBS with 36% body fat. is it easier to lose weight and then start building, or just start lifing, and do my regular routine.

What Is The Best Way For A Beginner To Start Building Muscle?
I am 25. I am about 6 feet. Weigh a little under 200. I want to start working out and building muscle. Just not sure how to begin. What type of protein to take. I have all the equipment I need. Does anyone know of any good protein that would help the process? Any advice would be cool.
