i am a skinny guy who has trouble building muscle mass.?

In the past, i’ve probably worked out harder and harder to build muscle but weren’t satisfied with the results. i want to discover why it’s so hard for me to gain muscle (and easier for other guys) and what i should i do to even the playing field.

i would like to know:
1) how to make muscle-building easier and more convenient

Boxing training and building muscle mass?

I am very serious about making boxing training a part of my life now, but at the same time i desperately need to gain some muscle mass. I know that boxing requires a large quantity of cardiovascular conditioning. Are there ways I can overcome this issue? I’m an ectomorph, so building muscle is hard enough already. But adding cardio will make it even harder. What should I do?
