Runners generally have long, lean bodies and not a lot of muscle mass, especially long-distance runners. Cross-train for muscle. I recommend CrossFit.
work out and run 5 times a week take a muscle building supplement before running
runners aren’t “buff”. To get muscles mass, you must lift weights regularly.
if you want to be a long distance runner then eat lots or carbs and potassium. also try not to have to much muscle mass.
for a sprinter you should be a little more built and have explosion so have good leg strength.
make sure you do ab workouts no matter what kind of running you do.
i use 100% whey protein….
only use things you are sure are not drugged.. and bought from a proper supplier.
