    You don’t really need those protein powders and crap, if you have over 15% in body fat, your abs won’t show no matter how trained they are =) search for “high interval training” (not on youtube) and do that for a month or so, and eat proper food and you’re pretty much set up for having your abs to show

    The key to getting your abs to show is proper diet and proper cardio. Nothing else will get your abs to show underneath your skin. Proper diet would be chicken, deep sea fish, shrimps, eggs, oats, and nonfat milk. Proper cardio would be 1 minute of sprint, 35 seconds of walk/jog for 20 mins. Don’t eat bread and junk food, and you’ll see the results in 3 weeks from the day you started. Also do exercises for abs only ONCE a week, but for 45 minutes (complete workout). GL & HF.

    cardio,weightloss and diet will get you abs, if you do these ab exercises it will strengthen your abs but youl never see them under a layer of belly fat cos this wont durn the fat on your belly

    I’ve got a doorway pullup bar, so I try to train abs, but Im out of shape, should I do this too? how many times a day? and should I drink those protein shakes now, or after I get results, to mantain them after I burned the fat exess?

    Once you get a doorway pull up bar with ab straps.. hanging leg or knee raises will be all you need for ab work. Hanging leg or knee raises will work upper and lower abs intensely. Check out my abs, i never do sit ups or crunches.

    is better 1 or 2 times in one day but rest the next, u need to make abs wordkout 1 day yes, one day no. Dont know if i explain well, not to good english xD

    this acctually works, im 13 years old and i used to have okay abs but then just cudnt be botherd so i stopped and i wont to get them again i started this last night and i normaly do 30 reps a set 2 times a day is this good enough for a lad my age oh and i woke up and my abs were all sore and stiff i found it hard to sit up and any tips on what to do make my abs really show?

    I’m on my 3rd week of doing this but I’m not really seeing my abs yet, when I flex and I press my fingers I can feel them but they aren’t visible.

    I’m doing this and cardio 3-4 times a week. So am I good so far?

    The is a kick azz workout!! If u do them correct, u will feel it only in your abs when done.. If your back or neck hurts then u are cheating yourself durning the exercise. Start off slow!!! And do not cheat!! Use your abs and abs only during your workout. Also, to see results remember to eat healthy and stick to your routine and u will see results. Results don’t happen over night. So, don’t give up!!

    The ‘Iron Gym’ doorway pull up bar is best for abs. Hanging leg raises will give your abs a killer workout. Check out my abs, i never do sit ups or crunches.

    I’m 15 and 154 I have been doing this excercise for about 2 full weeks…I play basketball and lift weights…I have also started drikin a lot more water but I have gained 4 pounds this week so can I still lose my body fat and if I stay at pace how long will it take to acheive my 6pack goal
